Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute integrated digital strategies across all client and internal campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital trends, performance marketing, content strategy, and analytics to build brand visibility and deliver measurable ROI.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, SEO, email, etc.)
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and media teams to align campaign goals with brand objectives
  • Propose digital initiatives that push creative boundaries and performance
  • Campaign Execution
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Search, Display, Social, Retargeting, Video, etc.)
  • Oversee day-to-day execution, content rollout schedules, and audience engagement
  • Manage agency tools for social media scheduling, analytics, and reporting
  • Team & Client Management
  • Communicate with design, web development and other teams
  • Communicate with clients to gather briefs, share reports, and align on KPIs
  • Prepare and present campaign performance reports and insights
  • Data, Analytics & Optimization
  • Monitor key performance metrics across platforms
  • Use data to drive decision-making and continually improve performance
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest algorithm changes, tools, and trends


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles
  • Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and email platforms
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and driving ROI
  • Strong understanding of Nepali digital ecosystem and youth trends
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Creative mindset with a strategic approach to digital engagement

Preferred (Bonus) Skills:

  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM tools, or influencer marketing
  • Ability to produce content calendars or supervise copywriting/design
  • Exposure to agency culture or handling multiple client portfolios
