Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and monitor 360-degree digital marketing campaigns (SEM, social media, display, email).
- Continuously test, measure, and optimize campaigns based on KPIs.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to assess campaign performance.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize ad creatives and landing pages.
- Generate actionable reports and dashboards to support real-time decision-making.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop visually engaging and brand-consistent content.
- Oversee content calendars, ensuring timely and relevant delivery across platforms.
- Conduct competitor analysis, audience segmentation, and trend monitoring to identify opportunities.
- Provide strategic insights for continuous marketing improvement.
- Plan and manage digital and on-ground events, influencer activations, and product launches.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery and brand alignment.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize spend across channels.
- Ensure cost-efficiency in campaigns while maintaining high performance.
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing within ride-hailing, tech, or mobility industries.
- Proven track record in campaign optimization, digital performance analysis, and multichannel execution.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads.
- Proficient in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar).
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
- Working knowledge of creative tools/platforms (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite).
- Solid project management skills and the ability to prioritize under pressure.
- Resourceful, agile, and effective in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
