Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Gaushala, Kathmandu

Position Type: Full time


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, execute, and monitor 360-degree digital marketing campaigns (SEM, social media, display, email).
  • Continuously test, measure, and optimize campaigns based on KPIs.
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to assess campaign performance.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Generate actionable reports and dashboards to support real-time decision-making.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop visually engaging and brand-consistent content.
  • Oversee content calendars, ensuring timely and relevant delivery across platforms.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, audience segmentation, and trend monitoring to identify opportunities.
  • Provide strategic insights for continuous marketing improvement.
  • Plan and manage digital and on-ground events, influencer activations, and product launches.
  • Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery and brand alignment.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize spend across channels.
  • Ensure cost-efficiency in campaigns while maintaining high performance.

Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing within ride-hailing, tech, or mobility industries.
  • Proven track record in campaign optimization, digital performance analysis, and multichannel execution.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads.
  • Proficient in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar).
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
  • Working knowledge of creative tools/platforms (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite).
  • Solid project management skills and the ability to prioritize under pressure.
  • Resourceful, agile, and effective in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
