Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Captain at Charlie's Cafe Bar, located in Kathmandu. The Captain will be responsible for managing daily floor operations, ensuring excellent service standards, and leading the team. Duties include supervising staff, coordinating with the kitchen, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. The Captain will also handle customer feedback and work on improving overall service quality.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in hospitality management or a related field
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Proficiency in organizing, planning, and multitasking
- Knowledge of food and beverage services standards
- Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is an advantage
- Certification in hospitality or management is a plus
