Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at The Society Fine Dining Redefined. This role is crucial in ensuring our guests enjoy a consistently exceptional dining experience that reflects our brand values of elegance, quality, and innovation. As the F&B Supervisor, you will lead service operations, supervise floor staff, and uphold the highest standards of food, beverage, and customer service.


Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Maintain and uphold brand standards in all guest interactions, ensuring excellence in hospitality.
  • Train, mentor, and schedule waitstaff and service team members to meet performance and service standards.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality service.
  • Handle customer feedback promptly and professionally, resolving complaints to maintain guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and oversee stock control of food and beverage items.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, hygiene standards, and workplace compliance.
  • Assist in planning and executing events, special menus, and promotions to drive customer engagement and revenue.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage or hospitality industry (minimum 2–3 years).
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations.
  • Diploma or certification in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • A passion for food, service, and guest experience.
