About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced IELTS Instructor to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, proven teaching experience, and a student-focused approach. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality IELTS & PTE preparation classes - Academic
- Prepare teaching materials, mock tests, and lesson plans aligned with IELTS standards
- Track student progress and provide personalized feedback
- Conduct practice tests, evaluate writing/speaking tasks, and offer guidance for improvement
- Create a supportive and engaging classroom environment
- Stay updated on IELTS & PTE test formats and teaching methodologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (any field) – required
- Master’s or PhD in English/Linguistics – preferred
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience teaching IELTS & PTE or English as a Second Language (ESL)
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with IELTS band descriptors and scoring system
