Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Japanese Language Instructor to join our team in Kathmandu. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for teaching Japanese language courses, planning and preparing lessons, creating educational materials, and conducting student assessments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting students on their global educational journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging Japanese language lessons in an in-person classroom setting
Record high-quality online lessons for digital platforms and self-paced learning
Create educational content, such as practice materials, quizzes, and video tutorials
Prepare and utilize effective teaching materials and resources
Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress
Incorporate Japanese literature and cultural elements into lessons
Adapt teaching strategies to support diverse learning styles
Provide individual guidance and support to students

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching Japanese language
Strong skills in lesson planning and classroom management
Proficiency in Japanese literature and the ability to integrate it into instruction
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to use digital tools for recording and content creation
