Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Executive based in Kathmandu or Pokhara. The executive will be responsible for managing the resort's online presence, including e-commerce platforms and digital marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing marketing strategies, analyzing performance metrics, enhancing customer service, and driving sales through various digital channels. The role also involves continuous monitoring and optimization of online content.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in E-Commerce and Sales
- Proficient in Analytical Skills and Communication
- Excellent Customer Service abilities
- Relevant experience in digital marketing and e-commerce platforms
- Good command of written and verbal English
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
