Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Balaju, Kathmandu. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, selecting, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The specialist will also conduct training for new hires, ensuring they are well-prepared for their roles. Daily tasks will involve working closely with HR Head to understand their recruitment needs, developing job descriptions, and maintaining candidate databases.

- Familiarity with recruitment best practices and tools
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
