Intern Nepal/Recruit Nepal is a recruitment support platform that aims to bridge the gap between industry, education institutions, and human resources in Nepal. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sr- Mid level Recruiter, located in Kathmandu. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and providing recruitment support to companies. The Recruiter will also be responsible for developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent, building and nurturing relationships with potential candidates, and managing the entire recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.


Qualifications

  • Strong sourcing and screening skills
  • 1-5 Years of Experience in HR.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective time-management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to handle a high-volume workload and meet tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition is a plus
  • Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to recruitment and hiring in Nepal
