Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiting Manager located in the Kathmandu District. The Recruiting Manager will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Additional responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The Recruiting Manager will also play a crucial role in mentoring junior recruiters and continuously improving the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Experience in full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Skills in developing recruitment strategies and maintaining stakeholder relationships
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Strong leadership and team mentoring abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Kathmandu District
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in a recruiting management role is preferred
