This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Kathmandu. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, creating business strategies, and monitoring industry trends. Daily tasks include conducting market research, setting and achieving sales targets, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
- Strong market research and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze industry trends and adapt business strategies accordingly
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
