The Role

Key Responsibilities

Design & Execution: Create and manage end-to-end inbound tour packages (cultural, adventure, luxury, eco-tourism, etc.).
Vendor Partnerships: Negotiate with hotels, transport providers, and local guides to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Client-Centric Approach: Tailor programs to diverse client needs (FITs, groups, corporates) while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Market Research: Stay ahead of travel trends, competitor offerings, and destination regulations.
Performance Metrics: Monitor program profitability, customer feedback, and repeat booking rates.
