About the Job

Prixa Technologies is currently seeking a proactive and organized Marketing Associate to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, approaching new clients, handling client follow-ups, and supporting the sales and marketing teams in day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys communication, coordination, and has an interest in technology-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads through online research, outreach, and follow-ups
Approach potential clients and introduce them to Prixa’s services and offerings
Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients and leads to maintain engagement
Assist the sales team in converting leads and maintaining client relationships
Maintain and update the CRM system and lead database
Support the marketing team with campaign execution, tracking, and reporting
Help prepare documentation, reports, and meeting summaries as required
Act as a front-facing representative for client inquiries—both online and offline
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, client coordination, or lead generation
Strong communication skills in both English and Nepali
Confident, polite, and professional demeanor with strong follow-up and convincing skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace; CRM experience is a plus)
