What Will You Be Doing

As the Marketing Associate, you'll be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across social media, email, digital advertising, and partnerships. You'll help manage and optimize paid ads, create engaging content for the esports audience, and oversee social media scheduling and community engagement. Additionally, you'll assist in organizing esports events in Dubai and beyond, conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, track key marketing metrics, and support partnership development with influencers and organizations in the MENA region and globally. You'll work closely with the business, operations, and development/tech teams to ensure alignment and drive cohesive, results-driven marketing efforts.


Job Descriptions:

  • Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, digital advertising, and partnerships.
  • Paid Advertising: Support the management and optimization of paid advertising campaigns on platforms relevant to esports and gaming, including ad setup, targeting, budget management, and performance analysis.
  • Content Creation: Contribute to the development of engaging marketing assets such as social media posts, blog articles, website copy, and promotional materials, tailored to the esports audience.
  • Social Media Management: Help manage our social media presence, including scheduling posts, engaging with our community, monitoring trends, and reporting on performance.
  • Event Management: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of online and offline esports events, tournaments, and activations , ensuring a seamless experience for participants and viewers.
  • Community Engagement: Support initiatives to foster a vibrant and active community around our platform, including organizing online events, contests, and giveaways.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on esports trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior within the MENA region and internationally to identify new opportunities and optimize our marketing strategies.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Assist in tracking and reporting on key marketing metrics, including paid ad performance, helping to identify areas for improvement and demonstrate ROI.
  • Partnership Assistance: Support the team in identifying and nurturing relationships with influencers, esports organizations, and other key partners globally.


Who we want:

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the gaming, esports, or entertainment industry, with some exposure to event coordination or management.
  • Proven experience with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) and an understanding of key metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS).
  • Deep understanding and passion for esports across multiple titles (e.g., Pubg, VALORANT, League of Legends, CS2, Dota 2, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, etc.).
  • Proven experience with social media platforms and best practices (Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Discord, Twitch).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for a gaming audience.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and an aptitude for data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in managing event logistics and ad campaigns.
  • A creative mindset and a willingness to experiment with new ideas.
