About the Role:

Genese Solution, a UK-based value IT consulting company, is seeking a passionate and self-motivated individual to join our team as a B2B Lead Generation Specialist. This role is pivotal in driving our organisational growth by implementing effective lead-generation strategies. The successful candidate requires a proactive and strategic mindset, a strong understanding of lead generation methodologies, and a commitment to achieving and exceeding organizational objectives. Your responsibilities encompass diverse tasks aimed at identifying, qualifying and engaging with potential clients.


Roles and Responsibilities

1. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Develop, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event platforms
  • Manage campaign calendars, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time and on-budget execution
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for campaign assets, logistics, and distribution

2. Digital Marketing & Content Management

  • Create and manage content for websites, social media, blogs, newsletters, and advertisements
  • Optimize digital presence using SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
  • Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM dashboards

3. Brand Building & Communication

  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and channels
  • Assist in the creation of brochures, banners, press releases, case studies, and video content
  • Support the execution of public relations, media outreach, and partnership communications

4. Market Research & Strategy

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to inform marketing strategies
  • Identify opportunities for product positioning and promotional improvements
  • Provide regular updates on market trends and campaign effectiveness

5. Lead Generation & CRM Management

  • Design and execute lead generation activities (events, webinars, digital campaigns)
  • Manage and update contact lists, segment audiences, and track engagement via CRM systems
  • Support the sales team by qualifying and nurturing leads through the marketing funnel

6. Event Coordination & Promotion

  • Plan and promote events, webinars, trade shows, and sponsorship activities
  • Coordinate logistics, invites, collateral, and follow-ups
  • Analyze post-event engagement and feedback for reporting and improvement

7. Reporting & Insights

  • Track KPIs and prepare monthly/quarterly marketing performance reports
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Maintain marketing documentation, campaign trackers, and budget records.


Skills and Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CIM, Google Digital Marketing, HubSpot) is a plus


Experience: 1+ years

  • Email Marketing & Automation: Experience with platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue
  • Analytics & Reporting: Google Analytics, Data Studio, UTM tracking, and campaign performance analysis
  • Content Management Systems (CMS): WordPress, Wix, or similar platforms
  • CRM Tools: Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot CRM (for managing leads and customer journeys)
  • SEO/SEM: On-page SEO, keyword research, and basic SEM strategy
  • Basic Design Tools: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (for social and campaign visuals)
  • A/B Testing: Email, landing pages, and ad performance optimization
