Position Overview

We are seeking a Content Creator who is passionate about storytelling, creative visuals, and digital engagement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is capable of producing compelling content that enhances brand visibility and resonates with our audience.


As a key member of our marketing team, the Content Creator will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing content across multiple platforms, including social media, websites, and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong aesthetic sensibility, and the ability to capture the brand's voice and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Development: Plan, create, and edit content for social media, website, email campaigns, blogs, and promotional materials.
  • Photography & Videography: Capture high-quality photos and videos of food, ambience, events, and behind-the-scenes moments for digital distribution.
  • Social Media Execution: Regularly post, monitor, and engage with audiences on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to support branding initiatives, seasonal promotions, and customer engagement campaigns.
  • Content Calendar Management: Maintain and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with business goals and marketing strategy.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Monitor content performance, analyze engagement data, and suggest improvements for future content based on insights.


Candidate Requirements
  • Creativity & Communication: Strong storytelling skills, excellent written communication, and the ability to visualize and articulate ideas clearly.
  • Tech & Tool Proficiency:  DaVinci, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Lightroom, or similar content creation/editing tools.
  • Language Fluency: Ability to write and speak fluently in both English and Nepali.
  • Content Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in content creation.
  • Brand Understanding: Knowledge of hospitality trends and customer behavior within the food and beverage industry.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects efficiently.
Preferred Attributes
  • Experience working in restaurants, cafes, or lifestyle brands.
  • Knowledge of food photography and basic editing techniques.
  • Familiarity with Instagram Reels, Stories, TikTok, and engagement tools.
  • A strong portfolio of written or visual content.
  • Adaptable to dynamic working culture and team collaboration.
