We are seeking a motivated Network Administrator (Mid-Level) to join our team and support our prestigious hospitality client, ensuring seamless network operations and exceptional service delivery.

Role Description & Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Network Administrator located in Kathmandu. The Network Administrator will be responsible for network administration, managing system integrations, troubleshooting network issues, and ensuring network security for the hospitality sector. The candidate will provide technical support to users and work closely with senior administrators to maintain reliable network infrastructure.

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment, including routers, switches, and wireless access points.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure reliable operations.
• Support the IT team in maintaining network security, including firewalls and VPNs.
• Collaborate with staff and Cloud Tech Solutions team to address network-related requests and provide technical support.
• Document network configurations and maintain accurate records of system changes.
• Stay updated on emerging networking technologies and best practices.

• Network Administration and Troubleshooting skills
• System Administration skills
• Experience in Network Security
• Technical Support skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Knowledge of industry standards and protocols like Sophos, Ruckus, and Cisco is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
