Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Support Intern located in Kathmandu. The Technical Support Intern will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, analyzing technical problems, and offering effective solutions to enhance the customer experience.
