About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Junior Branding & Marketing Officer to execute Below-The-Line (BTL) campaigns and experiential marketing initiatives for our automobile brand. You will assist in planning dealer events, test drive activations, and localized campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Event & Campaign Execution

  • Coordinate 50+ annual BTL activities:
  • Dealer launch events
  • Test drive camps
  • Roadshows & mall activations
  • Manage on-ground branding (venue setup, POS materials)

✔ Localized Marketing

  • Implement hyper-local campaigns for tier-2 cities
  • Support dealer co-op marketing initiatives
  • Organize customer engagement drives (service camps, owner meets)

✔ Promotional Material Development

  • Design event collaterals (invites, banners, standees)
  • Maintain branding inventory (pop-up displays, giveaways)
  • Create post-event reports with lead capture data

✔ Vendor & Logistics Coordination

  • Liaise with event agencies, printers, and fabricators
  • Manage promoter teams (training & supervision)
  • Ensure campaigns stay within budget

✔ Digital Amplification

  • Capture & share event content for social media
  • Assist in lead nurturing post-events

Requirements:

◼ Bachelor's in Marketing/Business/Communications

◼ 1-2 years in:

  • Automobile/durables marketing OR
  • Event management agencies

◼ Technical Skills:

  • Basic Canva/Photoshop
  • Excel for lead tracking
  • Social media content tools

◼ Core Competencies:

  • Creativity in activation ideas
  • Multitasking during live events
  • Fluency in Nepali/English
