About the Role

Delta Creation is looking for a Business Development Associate to support our outreach and sales efforts for website design and digital marketing services. This role involves working with potential clients both in person and online, helping them understand how our services can support their business goals.

We are a small but focused team, and this position is ideal for someone who is looking to grow alongside a company that is building steadily.

Key Responsibilities

Physical Marketing & Client Meetings

Conduct client visits, presentations, and service demonstrations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through scheduled follow-ups.
Attend relevant local events or exhibitions when needed.

Digital Communication & Lead Handling

Respond to incoming leads through email, messaging apps, and social media.
Support online promotional activities such as email campaigns or social media outreach.
Use basic tools to track and manage communication with leads and clients.

Internal Coordination & Feedback

Collaborate with design and development teams to prepare proposals.
Share client feedback to improve internal processes and service offerings.
Track personal progress and submit brief reports to the manager.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in sales, client service, or business development.
Good communication skills in both English and Nepali (written and verbal).
Basic understanding of websites, social media, or digital tools.
Willingness to travel within Kathmandu Valley for client meetings.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Two-wheeler with a valid license for local travel.
Familiarity with productivity tools like Google Docs, Sheets, and email platforms.
Previous work experience in a tech, web, or creative agency is a plus.
