We are committed to excellence and are looking for a talented Senior QA Engineer to join our team and help transform data into actionable insights.

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer who can streamline QA processes across manual, automation, performance, and security testing. In this role, you will play a key part in defining and improving testing strategies, ensuring high quality and reliability across our enterprise-grade SaaS platform. You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team. • QA Process Ownership
• Streamline and oversee QA processes across manual, automation, performance, and security testing to ensure consistent and high-quality software delivery.
• Test Strategy & Execution
• Define and implement test strategies and detailed test plans for new features and existing systems, focusing on robustness, edge cases, and real-world scenarios.
• Automation & CI/CD Integration
• Develop and maintain reliable automated test suites (UI, API, backend) and ensure smooth integration into CI/CD pipelines. Identify and resolve flaky tests and automation gaps.
• Performance & Security Testing
• Lead performance testing using tools like JMeter or k6 and conduct security testing using OWASP ZAP or Burp Suite to identify vulnerabilities and ensure application resilience.
• Quality Advocacy & Mentorship
• Promote a quality-first mindset across the engineering team. Mentor junior QA engineers, establish best practices, and support their growth and development.
• SaaS Platform Validation
• Test multi-tenant SaaS environments with a focus on data isolation, usage limits, subscription tiers, and SLA compliance across deployment stages.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in both manual and automation QA roles, preferably in cloud-native or SaaS-based platforms.
• Proficient in one or more test automation tools: Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Strong hands-on experience in API testing using tools like Postman, Swagger, or REST-assured.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with performance testing tools such as Apache JMeter and k6, including scripting, execution, and result analysis.
• Experience in security testing using tools like OWASP ZAP or Burp Suite, with a strong understanding of common web vulnerabilities (e.g., XSS, SQL Injection, CSRF).
• Good knowledge of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and event-driven systems.
• Ability to write efficient and complex queries in SQL or NoSQL databases for test data validation and backend verification.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, integrating automated tests into build, test, and deployment workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, QA best practices, and the complete defect lifecycle.
• Strong communication and documentation skills with the ability to clearly convey technical issues and testing outcomes to stakeholders.

• Experience with chaos engineering in production or staging environments.
• Familiarity with container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA.
