Job Description
  • Financial Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and expense reports.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, on a regular basis. Ensure that financial reports comply with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and regulatory requirements.
  • Reconciliation: Conduct regular reconciliation of bank statements, accounts, and transactions to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor budget variances and provide analysis to support decision-making.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and file tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and payroll tax filings. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation, explanations, and support as needed. Ensure that audit findings are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to management based on financial data analysis.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in accounting processes and recommend solutions to streamline operations and improve accuracy.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and management, to support business objectives and facilitate decision-making.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Vehicle and valid license preferred but not mandatory.
  • CPA certification preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally Erp9 ) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
