This is a full-time on-site role based in Kathmandu for a Retail Performance Manager. The Retail Performance Manager will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing store performance, providing training and support to retail staff, managing budgets, and preparing performance reports. Additionally, the manager will ensure that retail operations align with company standards and objectives.
- Strong Analytical Skills for monitoring and analyzing store performance

- Experience in Training and developing retail staff
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management
- Relevant experience in retail management or a related field
- Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
