Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to PPC, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience to increase conversion rates.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure ROI and effectiveness.
  • Optimize website content and landing pages for search engines (SEO) and user experience (UX).
  • Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and implement innovative strategies to enhance campaign performance.
  • Assist in the development of digital marketing budgets and forecast expenditures.
Job Specification

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful digital campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, tactics, and tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience in managing PPC campaigns and understanding of bid management and optimization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
