Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Assist with job postings and candidate screening.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
  • Prepare onboarding materials and assist with new hire orientation.
  • Help with background checks and reference verifications.

Employee Records and Documentation:

  • Maintain and update employee records and databases.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR documentation.
  • Assist in preparing and processing HR-related documents, such as employment contracts and change forms.

Training and Development:

  • Support the coordination of training sessions and workshops.
  • Assist in tracking employee training and development activities.
  • Help create and update training materials and presentations.

Employee Relations:

  • Assist in addressing employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Help organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support HR in conducting employee surveys and analyzing feedback.

Performance Management:

  • Assist in tracking performance review cycles and deadlines.
  • Help prepare performance evaluation forms and reports.
  • Support HR in implementing performance improvement plans.

Compliance and Policy Implementation:

  • Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Help review and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the HR team in conducting internal audits and assessments.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
  • Assist with HR projects and special initiatives as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager or Director.
Job Specification

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
