Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager located in Butwal. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily operations of food and beverage services, ensuring high-quality customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating training programs, budgeting, and maintaining inventory. The role demands effective leadership to maintain standards and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
- Strong Customer Service skills and training experience
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management is a plus
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
