Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
  • Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
  • Support sales and service teams in improving customer retention

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Management
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for customer satisfaction and the automobile industry
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
