Role Description

This full-time on-site role for Assistant Call Center Manager is based in Kathmandu. The Assistant Call Center Manager will oversee the daily operations of the call center, manage staff, ensure efficient communication between team members, and address customer concerns to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves analyzing call center data to improve and optimize performance, and implementing strategies to enhance customer service. Leading team training and development sessions will also be part of the day-to-day tasks.

  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
