Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Finance Head to lead the finance and accounts function for a reputed hospitality group. The role requires strong financial acumen, leadership, and a strategic mindset to ensure sound financial management, compliance, and growth support for the organization.
- Oversee the entire accounts and finance department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures to optimize financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risks while implementing effective control measures.
- Lead internal and external audits, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
- Coordinate with management for strategic planning and decision-making based on financial insights.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team, enhancing productivity and professional development.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders.
- Drive automation and digitalization initiatives to improve accounting efficiency.
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, IFRS/GAAP, and financial management systems.
- Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/ACCA/CPA preferred).
