Job Description
A Finance Executive is responsible for managing financial records, analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and supporting the overall financial operations of the organization. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, along with a solid understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
- Manage day-to-day financial operations of the organization.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
- Prepare monthly financial reports including reconciliations and cash flow projections.
- Handle and oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
- Prepare fiscal reports including operational budgets, revenue/expense reports, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure effective cash flow management to support operations.
- Oversee purchasing, payroll, and inventory management activities.
- Assist management in preparing financial budgets for the fiscal year, projects, or initiatives.
- Support audit processes by generating accurate financial reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Accounting, or Economics (or equivalent).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar financial/accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting procedures and Nepalese taxation policies & slabs.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as FAMAS and Tally.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong ability to prepare and assess financial statements and budgets.
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.
- Ability to support administrative duties and manage inventory.
- Demonstrated ownership, agility, and a hands-on approach to daily operations.
- Positive can-do attitude with attention to detail and accuracy.
