Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager located in Kathmandu. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee all aspects of food service and beverage management, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards. Responsibilities include employee training, budgeting, and day-to-day operations to enhance the guest experience and achieve financial targets.
Qualifications
- Skills in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Experience in employee Training
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Hospitality industry experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
