Position: Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager
Location: Kathmandu, Nepal
Job Type: Full-time
Reports to: General Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Operational Excellence: Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, banquet facilities, and room service.
* Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage the F&B team to ensure the highest levels of service and professionalism.
* Menu & Quality Control: Collaborate with the culinary team to design appealing and profitable menus. Consistently maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.
* Financial Management: Develop and manage the F&B budget, monitor expenses, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and control costs.
* Inventory & Vendor Relations: Manage inventory levels of supplies, liquor, and food. Nurture strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
* Guest Satisfaction: Actively seek out and respond to guest feedback, resolving any issues promptly to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
* Compliance: Ensure all F&B operations comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations as per Nepali law.
Qualifications & Experience:
* 3-5+ years of proven experience as an F&B Manager or in a similar senior management role within the hotel or restaurant industry.
* Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost management.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
* In-depth knowledge of food, wine, and beverage trends.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
