Qualification Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters in Business Studies/Administration
- At least 2 years of work experience in Accounts field
- Expenses invoice entry, sales invoice entry, Petty cash account of all branches.
- Efficient and effective in data entry in software like Busy and Tally.
- Maintaining branch-wise records of invoices.
- Carry out party settlements on quarterly basis and submit report to finance manager.
- Submitting ledgers of party to finance manager as requested.
- Updating all the transactions on a daily basis and informing the finance manager about payment period to parties.
- Making payment to parties on Timely manner as requested by Finance manager, CFO or MD.
- Submitting report to finance manager on Timely basis as requested.
- Carry any other ad hoc task as directed by finance manager during urgency, absence of team members or any other situations.
- Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Accounting software certificate is plus point.
- 1 to 2 yrs data entry experience (Freshers may also apply)
