Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Associate located in Bhaktapur. The Account Associate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining effective communication with clients. Day-to-day tasks include handling inquiries, resolving issues, analyzing customer data, and ensuring accurate account records. The Account Associate will also assist in developing strategies to improve account management processes and client relationships.

- Experience in Account Management
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
