Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Supply Chain Logistics Manager located in Sinamangal Kathmandu. The Supply Chain Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's supply chain and logistics strategy and operations. Day-to-day tasks include managing inventory, coordinating and optimizing the supply chain processes, ensuring the timely delivery of goods, managing logistics budgets, and working with suppliers and vendors to ensure efficient logistics operations. The role also entails analyzing data to improve performance and developing project plans for logistics-related projects.
Qualifications
- BBA/ MBA in supply chain management, logistics, or International Business.
- Minimum 5-10 Years in Logistics/ Freight Forwarding/ Supply chain Management.
- Vendor Management, Customer Relationship Management, and Inventory Control experience.
- Proven experience in Supply Chain Management and Logistics Management
- Specialized training in Transport / Operations Management.
- Transport, Warehouse, and distribution operations management.
- Knowledge of ERP / logistics Software ( TMS, WMS) .
- Budgeting, Cost Control, Profit Optimization.
- Excellent Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
- Project Management abilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented , with Strong Planning & organizing abilities.
- Team handling & staff coordination.
