Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle booking inquiries and reservations from Foreign Tour Operators (FTOs), Local Travel Agents (LTAs), Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), and direct guests.
• Manage guest correspondence via email, phone, and online platforms in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate with property teams to ensure smooth reservation operations.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, availability, and guest requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel partners and direct clients.
• Support the sales team in achieving occupancy and revenue targets.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and analyzing booking trends.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of proven work experience in hotel reservations and sales.
• Strong command of written and spoken English (essential for handling international correspondence).
• Excellent communication and soft skills with the ability to handle guests and partners professionally.
• Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, email correspondence, online booking platforms).
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and support the reservations team.
• Knowledge of hospitality operations and experience with international clientele preferred.
