Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Being a mentor and guide, who potential learners can look up to for career advice.
• Counselling potential learners, helping them plan their career path and understanding how pur company can catalyse their career.
• Carrying weekly enrolment/ revenue and collection targets.
• Establishing the uniqueness and effectiveness of company model online/blended learning.
• Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for your learners. This includes making phone/video calls, product demonstration, sales closing and post-sales relationship management.
• Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions on the CRM with the leads.
Basic Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum 2 years of Edtech sales experience (Study Abroad experience is a plus).
• At least 1 year of stability in the current/previous role.
• Comfortable working in a 6-day work environment.
• Track record of achieving sales targets in the current organization.
• Great listeners and building a trust with potential learners.
• Ability to approach any situation with patience and powerful empathy.
• Outstanding English communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal and presentation skills.
