Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Officer with 1–2 years of experience in sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving revenue targets while contributing to business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and convert potential clients to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Conduct product/service presentations, demos, and negotiations with prospective clients.
  • Maintain and update client databases, track leads, and follow up on opportunities.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports and share insights with the business development team.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Provide live demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers to showcase product features and benefits.
  • Collect client feedback during demos and communicate insights to the team and concerned department for continuous improvement.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in Software Development Industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software.
  • Result-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Valid Driving License with two wheelers.
