Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the sales team and manage distribution of masala products across Kathmandu.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve set targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and supermarkets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Train, guide, and motivate sales staff to maximize performance.
- Mandatory: Minimum 4–6 years of proven experience in sales and distribution of masala/spice products.
- Strong knowledge of Kathmandu’s retail and wholesale channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Energetic, target-driven, and result-oriented.
- Take the lead in launching a new masala product in Kathmandu.
