Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the sales team and manage distribution of masala products across Kathmandu.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve set targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and supermarkets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Train, guide, and motivate sales staff to maximize performance.
Requirements:
  • Mandatory: Minimum 4–6 years of proven experience in sales and distribution of masala/spice products.
  • Strong knowledge of Kathmandu’s retail and wholesale channels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Energetic, target-driven, and result-oriented.
