Position Summary

We’re looking for a Sales Executive Manager to lead and support a team of entry-level Sales Associates in driving enrolments and building lasting relationships with parents in the USA. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can coach, motivate, and close sales while creating systems that scale.


Key Responsibilities


Team Leadership & Coaching

  • Supervise a team of 3–10 entry-level Sales Associates
  • Train and onboard new team members on Code Mantra’s pitch, objection handling, and CRM processes
  • Conduct daily stand-ups and weekly 1-on-1s to track performance, provide feedback, and improve conversion rates
  • Review sales calls, identify coaching opportunities, and implement improvement plans


Sales Execution & Strategy

  • Support the team in qualifying leads, presenting Code Mantra’s programs, and closing enrolments.
  • Take over high-potential leads when needed to secure high-value conversions
  • Create and optimize sales scripts, email templates, and call flows
  • Maintain and improve KPIs such as lead-to-trial conversion, trial-to-enrolment, and follow-up rates


Systems & Reporting

  • Ensure accurate tracking of leads, deals, and follow-ups in the CRM
  • Generate weekly sales reports and insights for leadership
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Onboarding teams to ensure a seamless customer journey


Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in EdTech or direct-to-parent/student markets
  • 1+ years of experience managing or mentoring junior sales staff
  • Strong communication skills in English (Nepali is a plus)
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust with parents
  • Experience with CRM tools like Zoho, or Freshsales
  • Data-driven decision-maker with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets


Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience selling extracurricular programs or services to families
  • Background in working with immigrant or diaspora communities (especially Indian families in the US)
  • Familiarity with cold calling, follow-up automation, and performance dashboards
