Job Description
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs, and positioning Codavatar's offerings as the right solution. This is an on-site role requiring a hands-on approach, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through research, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and present tailored product/service solutions.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful sales collateral and proposals.
- Track and update all sales activities using CRM software.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles (1- 2 years)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and maintaining organized client pipelines.
