Job Description

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs, and positioning Codavatar's offerings as the right solution. This is an on-site role requiring a hands-on approach, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through research, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and present tailored product/service solutions.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful sales collateral and proposals.
  • Track and update all sales activities using CRM software.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles (1- 2 years)
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and maintaining organized client pipelines.
