The Mom & Baby Category Category Portfolio Specialist will be responsible for managing and growing the mom & Baby portfolio on our e-commerce platform. This includes curating the right product assortment, onboarding quality brands, ensuring competitive pricing, executing category promotions, and driving sales growth while maintaining customer satisfaction and brand authenticity.

Key Responsibilities
Category & Portfolio Management
- Manage the mom & Baby category end-to-end from product selection to performance tracking.
- Identify gaps and opportunities in the product portfolio to expand assortment.
- Maintain optimal stock levels by coordinating with vendors and inventory teams.
- Ensure all products meet platform quality and compliance standards.
- Source, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with relevant Mom & Baby brands and suppliers.
- Negotiate terms, margins, and promotions to ensure competitiveness.
- Conduct regular vendor performance reviews.
- Monitor market prices and adjust to maintain best-price competitiveness.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate category-specific campaigns and seasonal promotions (e.g., Baby Care Week, Mother’s Day offers).
- Work with marketing teams to design impactful campaigns.
- Track sales, profitability, and customer feedback for the category.
- Prepare weekly/monthly category performance reports with insights and action plans.
- Optimize SKU performance phasing out slow movers and pushing best sellers.
- Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, design, and finance teams to achieve category targets.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve category-specific escalations.
