Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Sales, located in Kathmandu. The Assistant Manager Sales will be responsible for assisting in managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining relationships with clients. Daily tasks include preparing sales reports, analyzing market trends, supporting the sales team in achieving targets, and organizing sales meetings. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Sales Management and developing sales strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and prepare sales reports
  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a team and support team members
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
