Job Summary:

We're looking for a results-driven Territory Sales Officer to manage and expand our sales operations within an assigned territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

 NEED TO HANDLE 60+ RETAILORS WEEKLY. ON AN AVERAGE OF 10+ RETAILORS DAILY.


Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

3. Identify new business opportunities and pursue them to drive sales growth.

4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about market trends.

5. Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports.

6. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer service) to ensure alignment and effective sales support.

7. Provide feedback to management on sales performance, market conditions, and customer needs.


Experience

1. Proven sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.

2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.


Education

Masters or Bachelors
