Job Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Executive at Codavatar, you will be responsible for implementing and executing marketing strategies to promote our IT services, expand brand visibility, and generate qualified leads. You will play a key role in supporting our overall marketing goals, collaborating with the sales team, and enhancing the company’s online and offline presence.


Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, execute, and optimize targeted email marketing campaigns.

· Manage and grow the company’s social media presence and ensure brand consistency.

· Organize and coordinate lead generation webinars, including promotion and follow-up.

· Ensure timely creation and delivery of the monthly newsletter with relevant updates.

· Drive and track lead generation efforts across digital channels.

· Collaborate with the product team to gather information for product-related updates.

· Create and execute campaigns for new feature announcements with creative approaches.

· Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all marketing materials.

· Analyze and report on campaign performance and marketing KPIs.

· Stay updated on marketing trends and suggest innovative strategies for engagement.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the IT or tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Instantly, HubSpot)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create technical content in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends in the IT sector and the ability to apply these insights to marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing performance metrics.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho) and project management tools (Trello, Asana).
  • Experience in B2B marketing, especially in the IT or SaaS space.
  • Experience with PPC advertising and email marketing automation.
