Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, and other digital platforms.
  • Create and manage engaging content calendars for social media channels.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance (ROI, KPIs) and prepare detailed reports.
  • Drive user acquisition, app installs, and customer retention campaigns using metrics like CPI, CAC, CPV.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Execute remarketing and retargeting campaigns for improved conversions.
  • Manage email marketing, database marketing, and display advertising.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
Required Skills & Expertise
  • Strong knowledge of SEO & SEM (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO)
  • Proven experience in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads
  • Expertise in Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience in Email Marketing & Content Marketing
  • Skilled in PPC Campaign Management and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
  • Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • 3+ years of proven professional experience in Digital Marketing with measurable success.
  • Strong portfolio of SEO-driven and paid campaign results.
