We are a fast-growing startup based in San Francisco, offering a pick-up order application tailored for Nepalese restaurants across the U.S., transforming how restaurants engage with their customers. Our platform helps restaurants optimize their Google Business listings and boost pick-up sales through a customized ordering app.
We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telesales Specialist to join our growth team. You will be responsible for reaching out to local restaurant owners, presenting the Skiplyn platform, and closing subscription sales. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives on meeting targets, and understands the power of online marketing tools.
- Make 100+ outbound calls to restaurant owners and decision-makers within a targeted territory.
- Clearly present Skiplyn’s value proposition, services, and ROI.
- Explain the benefits of SEO, website optimization, Google Business Profile, email marketing, SMS marketing, and Google Ads as part of the Skiplyn offering.
- Overcome objections and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Schedule follow-up calls, send proposal documents, and track progress in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential leads.
- Work closely with the onboarding team to ensure smooth client transitions.
- Provide feedback from calls to improve sales scripts and campaigns.
- Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar role (food tech or hospitality sales is a plus).
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
- Must have a working understanding of:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Websites and web pages (basic structure, functionality, and benefits)
- Google Business Profile optimization
- Email marketing
- SMS marketing
- Google Ads basics and campaign benefits
- Ability to handle objections professionally and close deals over the phone.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills.
