Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Koshi Rural Municipality.The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the services of Vasista Hospitality. Day-to-day tasks include market research, content creation, managing customer relationships, analyzing campaign performance, and preparing reports. The role also involves training and managing the sales team.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales experience and skills
- Experience in Sales Management and Training
- Ability to analyze market trends and campaign performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hotel Management and Travel and Tourism management or related field
