Job Description

We are a growing bakery with a passion for quality products and customer satisfaction. We are currently looking for a Sales and Marketing Representative to help us expand our market reach and increase sales.

The Sales & Marketing Representative will play a key role in increasing our product visibility and driving sales growth. This individual should have strong communication skills, a convincing personality, and a deep understanding of customer needs. The role involves visiting retail outlets, wholesalers, and potential clients to promote and sell our bakery products.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Actively visit retail stores, restaurants & cafes to promote and sell our bakery products.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Prepare and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Provide daily or weekly sales reports to management.

Requirements:

• Someone with excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Must own a personal vehicle (bike/scooter) for field visits.
• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
• Basic knowledge of sales reporting and client management.
• Previous experience in food sales is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Minimum Qualification: +2 (intermediate)

Working Hour: 8hrs per day

Starting salary: 20000 per month.

कार्य विवरण:

• खाद्य पसल, रेस्टुरेन्ट र क्याफेहरूमा सक्रिय रूपमा गएर हाम्रो बेकरी उत्पादनहरू प्रोमोसन र बिक्री गर्नु।
• महिनाको बिक्री लक्ष्य पुरा गर्नु र अझ बढी बिक्री गर्न सक्नु।
• ग्राहक सम्बन्ध कायम गर्नु।   
• हाम्रो ब्रान्डलाई धेरैले चिन्न सहयोग हुने योजना बनाउने।
• ग्राहकको रुचि र बजारको अवस्थाबारे जानकारी दिन सक्ने |  

योग्यता र सीप:

• राम्रोसँग बोल्न जान्ने र अरूलाई सजिलै बुझाउने र मनाउन सक्ने क्षमता भएको |
• आफैँ काम गर्न सक्ने र थोरै निगरानीमा पनि आफै काम गर्न सक्ने क्षमता भएको |
• बिक्रीको हिसाब राख्ने सामान्य ज्ञान भएको |
• न्यूनतम शैक्षिक योग्यता: +2 (इंटरमिडिएट)
• दुइपांग्रे सवारी साधन भएकालाई प्राथमिकता दिइने |

• दैनिक ८ घण्टा

• सुरुवाती तलब: रु २०,००० प्रति महिना
