Job Resposibilities:


SME Client Growth & Campaign Strategy

  • Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns tailored to SME segments.
  • Forge and manage strategic partnerships to expand market reach and tap new avenues for client acquisition.


Service Package & Referral Program Development

  • Conceptualize and package service offerings suited to SME needs.
  • Structure, launch, and optimize referral programs to drive acquisition and client loyalty.


Digital Marketing & Workshop Leadership

  • Lead digital marketing initiatives across platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn, driving engagement and lead generation.
  • Organize and conduct workshops—both online and in-person—to showcase expertise, educate prospects, and generate conversions.


Brand Building via Content & Media

  • Develop impactful case studies and capture client testimonials to reinforce credibility.
  • Secure media placements and thought-leadership opportunities to elevate brand visibility.


Strategic Alignment & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with product, operations, and finance teams to ensure cohesive messaging and delivery of offerings. 
  • Monitor and report on campaign KPIs, referral metrics, and branding performance, making data-driven adjustments.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced certification is a plus.
  • Strategic Mindset: Strong analytical, planning, and execution skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Communication & Leadership: Excellent interpersonal, storytelling, and presentation abilities; adept at leading teams and external engagements.
